- All your Meatme braising meat
- Unions
- Carrots
- Celery
- Garlic
- Tomato paste

    This is if you want to get all of the braising meat out of the way in one big cook. You should get about 12-15 meals out of this if not more.

    1. Cube up all the braising meat labelled in the Meatme box (including the pot roast).

    2. For every 2 cups of cubed meat: 1 onion, 1 carrot, 1 branch celery and ½ head garlic, 1 tbs tomato paste.

    3. Follow the basic braising instructions. If there is not enough stock, use water to fill it up the rest of the way to cover the meat.

    4. Use this as a base for future meals once frozen.
